Paris, the city of light, was the perfect theme for the annual Italian Home for Children's City Lights Gala.  Event Planner SD Events created a warm and inviting nod to Paris with towering street lights and an impeccable Eiffel Tower ice sculpture.

Connie Nye Clark of The Perfect Plan brilliantly coordinated this casual Cape Cod inspired wedding using touches such as paper lanterns and Adirondack chairs. The orange, yellow, and green color palette played perfectly off of the gorgeous surroundings. The reception was tented, giving guests easy access to the scenic private estate with the feel of an elegant indoor venue.

This bridal tea planned by Pamela D'Orsi Ryan Events couldn't have been sweeter.  From the super stylish pastel color palette, to the vintage teacup and teapot vases, to the monogrammed sugar cubes, not a detail was untouched.  Be inspired by this impeccable event!

Bienvenidos! Over here at the Bliss office, the topic often turns to all things we love about Cinco de Mayo.  The food, the colors, the flavors, the cocktails!  So we thought we would share with you today some inspiration for your weekend celebrations, or anytime you feel like having a fiesta!  Or possibly even a destination wedding to Mexico, now doesn't that sound perfect on this chilly New England morning?

Thinking about kids parties for this summer that you can have outdoors?  What could be cuter than a wild west themed party for all the little cowgirls and boys?  Easy as pie decor can be created from things like bandanas and old jeans, and can be added to fun rental items like gingham tablecloths and cowhide chairs!  Some ideas:

Have kiddos gather round the "campfire" to unwrap the gifts.  

Create a "lasso" game with a hula hoop and a hobby horse.  

We love this super casual, toes-in-the-sand wedding at The Towers in Narragansett, Rhode Island. The laid back couple, Carol and Scott, had perfect beachy style and we just had to share the fun photos from Olivia Gird Photography!  Ending the evening with a gelato cart...what could be more perfect?
